Matt & Laura started the Sarasota Gulf Coast Home team in 2018 after having much success as single agents selling real estate since 2014. Matt alone closed over 40 million in real estate volume in 2021 and on track to close over 70 million in 2022, off of soley referral business.
The team started as a group of 3 and quickly grew to a team of 24, due to the systems and process developed with the assistance of very people offering you this mentor program.
In 2022 the SGCH team was named #1 KW team in the North Florida Region.
